New York River Monster

New York River Monster

May 28

The corpse of a mysterious “Sea Monster” has been found under New York City’s Brooklyn Bridge. Maureen O’Connor from Gawker.com, described the 7-foot long creature as, “(having) the scales of a fish, body of a serpent, head of a pit bull and was the size of a large alligator.”

Theories on the actual species of the creature range from horse to alligator to Loch Ness or Montauk monster. However, experts are almost 100% certain that it’s an Atlantic sturgeon, especially since those types of fish aren’t uncommon to the Hudson River. Fox News has more on this New York river monster if anyone’s interested.
